This event is part of Spirit & Soul’s ‘Dream Series’, 3 events, in 3 different cities focusing on channeling the dreams and ambitions of the young women of Aotearoa.
The Workshop
This event includes a workshop led by a professional coach all about connecting with what’s uniquely important to you and guiding you towards your dreams and ambitions, whatever they may be. When you find and connect with your True North, like having a compass, you know where you’re headed. Safe in this knowledge, you can even dream bigger dreams and feel greater happiness and benefit to yourself and others.
In this practical and interactive session, we’ll help you to:
Connect with your strengths, values, and what’s truly important to you
You’ll identify some key areas of your life where you have dreams and aspirations
You’ll be ready to start considering some goals and actions that will move you towards those dreams
